Melissa Stankovich will not provide medical advice. Melissa’s coaching services are intended to inspire you to instill lifelong healthy eating and exercise habits. She’ll teach you to navigate the grocery store, how to cook incredible meals, ways to fit more exercise into your busy life, what to reach for to satisfy cravings, and how to balance it all to live your best life. Simply stated, you understand that I am a nutrition and fitness coaching professional offering motivational and educational services. I cannot be held liable for any advice, suggestions, recommendations, or guidance that I provide during our work together.

Come together each month with friends and/or family in this unique bookclub-inspired group led by Coach Mel. Instead of reading and sharing books, we get together to share recipes, cooking techniques and tips, exercise ideas, and more!

Having been diagnosed more than ten years ago with celiac disease, I also offer gluten-free consulting and coaching for those who have been recently diagnosed and feel lost or confused on where to even begin. Learn all the ins and outs of what it takes to go gluten-free with product recommendations. We can even take a trip to the grocery store!

During the Spring, Summer, and Fall months Fit4You Coaching holds Bootcamp sessions at The Crossings in Colonie. Workouts are suitable for all fitness levels in a safe, fun, and motivating environment. Take your next workout outside with Fit4You Coaching!

Make your life easier, save money, and give yourself more time during the week by meal prepping ahead of time. I will show you the basics of this time-saving tool either in a one-on-one session or in a small group setting. FIT4YOU Coaching also offers classes for the public on occasion, so keep an eye out for those opportunities! (Local residents only)
